Abstract

The purpose of this research was to understand the access of teenagers to radio as a source of entertainment and information. The research is important since by understanding the access of teenagers to radio, it can be seen whether they still use radio as a source of entertainment and information, despite the availability of other source of information. Besides it can be seen whether the function of radio as a source information and entertainment has been substituted by other source of information. The research is descriptive to portray a phenomenon by using quantitative approach. Keywords: media, radio, ente rtainment, information
